Welcome to H3hnutrition; by Dr. Anubha. H3hnutrition is not only one of my dreams that came true but a hidden passion that got unveiled in the year 2020. I am Dr. Anubha Gupta, a Clinical Nutritionist, Health & Wellness Coach, Fitness Guru & Self Trained chef for Healthy Recipes.

Through this website I want to take you through a journey of Healthy & Sustainable lifestyle which will be based on Integrative Nutrition as the “one size fits all” approach is obsolete now. The diet plans/charts for weight management & clinical issues are based on detailed analysis of the client after body type analysis of the person. The diet plans are highly customised curated on Integrative Nutritional approach based on Modern science & Ayurevda.

Our approach is an Integrative Nutrition Approach based on Holistic Healing governed by Nutrition Science & Ayurvedic Principles – which involves Mind, Body & Soul. Integrative nutrition aims to offer personalised nutrition and diet plans, as well as lifestyle changes for every client to encourage them to achieve optimal health and improve their overall wellbeing.

Due to haphazard lifestyle the physical & mental wellbeing of people has gone for a toss leading to various Lifestyle disorders such as Diabetes, Obesity, Thyroid, GUT Issues, PCOD/PCOS, Stress, Anxiety & Depression, Cardiovascular issues, Allergies,  Hypertention, Joint Pains, Chronic fatigues & even Cancer.

The assessment analysis of the client’s lifestyle, physical and emotional state, daily habits, diet, etc. is done & then a specific and personalised diet plan is devised by an expert taking care of his needs, preferences & individual choices.
