• Ingredients for Spread
    • 1/4 cup chickpeas, boiled
    •  Coriander Leaves
    • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
    • 1 teaspoon garam masala
    •  1 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
    •   Salt, to taste
    •  Juice of 1 medium lemon
  • 1 tbsp Hung curd

For Toppings: Onions , Mushrooms, 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn, Sauteed Broccoli

Instructions:

1. Add all the ingredients for spread in a blender & pulse them to make a thick spread
2. Heat some ghee in a pan over medium heat. Saute the veggies for toppings with spices of your choice
6. spread the chickpeas spread on a platter & top up with sauteed n spiced veggies & enjoy
