A one day workshop has been conducted with Wellcure on 19th June 2021 on the theme of Non-Veg Alternative Cooking. This has been designed to cater to mock meat lovers (Veg Meat lovers) as the recipes showcased were exactly similar to the original recipes in taste & texture. Out of total of 12 recipes given in e-book; 5 recipes were demonstrated in 1 hour 30 minutes duration; followed by 3 day whats app support group post workshop.
2 day workshop on Healthy Holi Feast: with Wellcure (Batch 1 & 2)
A two-day workshop/program conducted on the theme “Healthy Holi Feast” with Wellcure.The workshop was especially designed for people who were looking for Gluten Free/Plant based/Oil free/sugar free options to satiate their taste buds with famous HOLI delicacies. The kind of response that has been received from the participants in the first workshop conducted… on 6th-7th March 2021 was so endearing that the repeat workshop was conducted on 20th-21stMarch 2021.
Millet Fruit Tarts: Session with Amul
A session was conducted with Amul on Millet Tarts with fruit fillings. The tart was created from Sorghum Flour using Amul’s unsalted butter and was filled with yoghurt. The yoghurt was made from Amul’s dahi. Pineapple & strawberry were used for flavours & colours& no artificial flavours or colors were used.This session aimed at creating a Kids friendly recipe especially those who are fussy eaters.
Healthy Baking with Superfoods: Workshop with Sattviko
A one day workshop was conducted with Sattviko; a platform to build & create the culture ofSuperfoods in India & World. The workshop was about baking with Super foods where on the occasion of Valentine week, Pearl Millet Cheese cake was created, with Pearl Millet base & cottage cheese-coconut frosting & decorated with Heart Fondants made with coconut oil. The recipe got an overwhelming response and was even featured in focus her life, focusnews24 bulletin. More than 150 participants attended the session including US audience.
Zero Oil Cooking – Multigrain Quesadillas with healthy dips: Session with FOH
This was an on-demand session conducted for FOH after getting the overwhelming from participants. The session was based on ‘Zero Oil Cooking” wherein Multigrain Quesadillas & 3 different types of dips were showcased to the participants. The sessions was conducted to aim at “Nutrition based diet plan” The session was conducted in the second week of 21 days fitness challenge program on FOH.
Healthy Cookies: Session with FOH
A face book live session on “Healthy Cookies” was conducted in collaboration with a Facebook Group named as FOH that has 18K members. The session was a part of 21 days fitness challenge program conducted by FOH. Three types of cookies were demonstrated- Oats Almonds Cookies, Ragi Coconut Cookies & Bajra-seasame cookies so as to emphasise upon the importance of fiber during dieting. The session was a huge success. More than 100 participants from all over the country participated in the session.
