Recipe Name: Healthy Millet Mini Fruit Tarts

Millets are considered to be the Superfoods but their usage has been restricted to making of Dosas& chapattis. These small seeds are easy to cultivate, require less fertile land & water & are loaded with nutrients. The purpose of the session was to make a Kids friendly millet recipe so as to incorporate millets in diet of kids. Amul products are known worldwide, this recipe used Amul Butter &Amul Curd. Two different tarts were made from Sorghum flour &Pearl Millet flour using Amul Butter. These were filled with fruit yoghurt made from Amul curd & seasonal fruits such as Pineapple & Strawberry.
