ingredients

1. 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour

2. 1/4 cup Bajra flour

3. 1/4 cup Ragi flour

4.;1 tbsp Chia seeds

5 . Home Made fat free Mava

6. jaggery chashni

 

Coconut Paan Ladoos

1. 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

2. 1/4 cup milk powder

3. 1 tbsp Gulkand

4. 1/4 cup cashews paste

5. 1/4 cup almond flour

6. 1 tbsp milkmaid or milk to bind

Dryfruits ladoos

1. 1/4 cup chopped

almonds, pistachios, coconut, raisins, walnuts

2. 1/2 cup chopped cashews

3. 1 tbsp Chia seeds

4. 1/4 cup Flax n Melon seeds

5. 1 tsp black pepper powder

6. 1 tsp dry ginger powder

7. 2/3 cup chopped dates
