Belly fat is extra abdominal fat surrounding the organs in our stomach. Out of three types of fat: triglycerides (the fat that circulates in blood), subcutaneous fat (the layer directly below the skin’s surface) and visceral fat (dangerous belly fat); Abdominal, or visceral, fat is the most dangerous.It can create variety of health problems such as type-II diabetes, liver problems, high cholesterol & even cancer.
There are some commonly available foods that can naturally cut this abdominal fat, let’s check out:

- Plums
Plums contain flavonoids, the compounds responsible for the deep color. Flavonoids increase energy expenditure & decrease fat absorption. Also the Pectin in Plums forms a gelatinous mass after we consume it & supports weight loss by creating a feeling of fullness. This can curb the unnecessary hunger pangs & thus cuts the belly fat.
