Ingredients:

  • Quinoa (uncooked) – 2 tbsp (21 gm)
  • Yellow Moong Dal – 2 tbsp (25 gms)
  • Mix veggies (Capsicum, Carrot, Cabbage & other low GL veggies – excluding onion) 1 cup (300 gms)
  • Ghee 1-2 tsp
  • Curd – 2 tbsp (optional)
  • Mustard Seeds, Green Chilly & Curry Leaves for Tadka (Optional)

Method:

  1. Rinse Properly and Soak Quinoa & Moong Dal overnight or for 4 hrs minimum
  2. Grind with 1/2 cup water
  3. Add curd & finely chopped veggies. Also add Tadka.
  4. Leave covered with 15-20 minutes (if you are adding curd)
  5. Spread on Hot tawa , apply ghee
  6. Serve hot with coconut chutney
