1. Puffed Roasted Quinoa- 1/2 cup
2. Rolled oats – 1/4 cup
3. Sunflower n seasame seeds- 1/4 cup

8. Olive oil – 2 tbsp
9. Dates Syrup – 2 tbsp

Method:
1. Dry Roast Oats, Nuts & Seeds in a saucepan.
