Ingredients:

1. Almonds – 25 to 20

2. Oats- 2 cup

3. Dates- 10

4. Peanut butter – 4 tbsp

5. Chia seeds – 2 tbsp

6. Honey – 1/4 cup

 

Method:

1. Dry Roast oats, almonds & chia seeds, till they become golden brown.

2. Grind them into a coarse powder

3. Soak dates & grind them into a paste.

4. Mix all the ingredients.

5. Arrange it in the mould, refrigerate & cut it into bars.
