Ingredients:

2 portion rolled Oats,

1 portion nuts, (your choice)

1 portion seeds, (your choice)

1 portion honey, (room temperature)

1 portion binders – nuts butter plus dates paste

 

Method:

1. Dry Roast Oats, Nuts & Seeds

2. Mix Honey & binders well.

3. Mix dry & wet ingredients.

4. Mould it, refrigerate & cut into bars.
