Ingredients:

For Truffles

1. Grated Bottle Gourd – 1 cup (squeeze out the water completely)

2. Dates – 3-4

3. Desiccated Coconut – 1/2 cup

4. Almond butter – 1/4 cup

5 Cinnamon, Black pepper, cardamom powder – according to taste.

For chocolate ganache

1. Peanut Butter – 2 tbsp

2. Cacao powder – 1 tbsp

3. Cold-pressed coconut oil – 2 tbsp

4. Coconut milk – 4-6 tbsp

5. Raw Organic sugar – 2-3 tbsp

Method:

1. Dry roast bottle gourd

2. Add all the ingredients & shape into balls/Ladoos.

3. In a separate pan, take coconut oil, add cocoa powder,sugar, peanut butter & milk & whisk it well.

4. Keep stirring & switch off the flame.

5. Let it cool down

6. Coat the balls, garnish with nuts & refrigerate.
