Chia seeds are a rich source source of protein, iron, calcium & omega-3 fatty acid. They also are an excellent source of dietary fiber.

Ingredients:

1. Bottle guard – ½ medium sized

2. Onion – 1 medium

3. Garlic cloves – 4-5

4. Capsicum – ½ medium sized

5. Ginger stem – ½ inch

6. Water – 1 cup + ½ cup

7. Chia seeds -2 tbsp

8. Salt – ½ tsp

9. Black pepper powder – ½ tsp

10. Mint leaves for garnishing

Method:

1. Pressure cook – bottle guard, onion, garlic cloves, capsicum, inch ginger stem with water, upto 3-4 whistles.

2. Meanwhile, soak chia seeds in 1/2 cup of water.

3. Allow the pressure cooked veggies to cool down & then grind them in the grinder.

4. Strain the above mixture.

5. In a saucepan, cook this mixture along with swollen chia seeds & add salt according to taste
