Ingredients:
1. Cauliflower – washed, cut into chunkier florets – 1 Large
2. Almond Meal (ground almonds) – 1 Cup
3. Olive Oil – 3 Tbsp
4. Spring Onion ( chopped) – 2
5. Sesame Seeds -1 Tsp
For batter:
1. Gluten free flour – 1 cup (market bought or make your own by mixing 2/3 cup of Rice Flour & 1/3 cup of Cornstarch)
2. Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
3. Water to make thick batter
For Sauce:
1. Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
2. Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
3. Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
4. Onion finely chopped – 1 medium
5. Tomato puree – 1/2 cup
6. Soya sauce – 1 tbsp

Method:
1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients for the batter and whisk to form a smooth thick batter.
2. Now dip each cauliflower floret in this batter and coat evenly.
3. Take the batter-dipped floret and coat it evenly with Almond Meal
4. Place the coated florets on a baking tray.
5. Now sprinkle olive oil on each floret.
6. Bake in the oven for 10-20 minutes and then turn the florets and bake for another 10 minutes.
7. For Sauce, take 2 tbsp olive oil, add ginger garlic paste, onion, tomato puree & finally add tomato sauce & soya sauce.
7. Toss the baked cauliflower florets in the sauce mix and evenly coat all sides. Don’t cook on flame.

8. Garnish with sliced spring onions & sesame seeds & serve hot.
