This is a jar dessert that will not only suffice the entire nutrition requirement for breakfast but would also be a good & healthy replacement of sugar based Ice-creams for kids. 2 tbsp of chia seeds contain 4gms of proteins.
Ingredients:
1. Chia Seeds – 2 tbsp
2. Coconut Milk – 1 cup
3. Homemade Granola/Roasted Oats – 2 tbsp
4. Chopped Mixed Fruits – ¼ cup
5. Chopped Mixed seeds & Nuts – 2 tbsp
Method:
1. Soak chia seeds in any plant based milk overnight in the refrigerator; in a bowl with lid
2. After you wake up, give it a good mix & put it back.
3. Just before the breakfast time, assemble all fruits and chop them along with nuts & granola. (Keeping in mind the portion size)
4. This chia pudding has
· Bottom layer – Quinoa Granola with seeds & nuts
· Layer of mangoes
