The cobra pose or the Bhujangasana as the name suggests, is a snake-like pose . It helps to tone our upper body and also works on our abdominal muscles, thereby reducing abdominal fat. The cobra pose or the Bhujangasana is good for toning of belly fat, upper arms, hips, and chest. It also helps the body get the optimum amount of fresh oxygen, which in turn helps in burning the fat. To be avoided by pregnant women or anyone suffering from any injury.
How to do it?
- To do Bhujangasana, lie flat on your stomach, the toes should be touching the ground
- Hands must be tucked under your shoulders and at the sides.

- While coming down exhale & place the body firmly on the ground.
- Repeat the above steps.
