Ingredients

  1. Mango pulp – 1/2 cup + For topping
  2. Hung Curd/Yogurt – 1 cup (Dairy)
  3. Jaggery Powder/Sugar – 2 tbsp (optional)
  4. Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
  5. Chopped fruits for toppings

Method

  1. Take hung curd/yogurt in a bowl, add mango puree and mix well.
  2. Add Jaggery Powder or Sugar & mix well.
  3. Pour the prepared mixture into muffin moulds or tray with a liner.
  4. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  5. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or till the inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Remove from heat, cool and refrigerate to chill.
  7. Demould them & garnish with chopped fruits.
