CHECK YOUR AMA LEVELS?
In Ayurveda, Healthy digestion is the foundation of long-term wellness. Our digestive fire, or Agni in Sanskrit, is responsible for converting the food that we consume into the nourishment that allows us to live a healthy life. When this Agni is strong, digestion is proper & the body cells are nourished, and damaging toxins (called ama -undigested food that enters the body without being properly assimilated) are prevented from building up in our body. But when this digestive fire or AGNI is weak, the AMA or undigested, uneliminated food gets accumulated in our body & clogs up & blocks all the channels or Srotas that are responsible for growth & development.
