Ashwagandha-turmeric milk is a delicious blend of two herbs with a wide range of health benefits.  Not only it enhances sleep quality and promotes immunity but also help in alleviating body aches. Ashwagandha  helps with stress, anxiety, joint pain, and inflammation, & Turmeric, on the other hand, has antiviral, antibacterial, and antioxidant properties.

Ashwagandha–turmeric milk is the ideal drink, especially during seasonal transition, because of all of these fantastic characteristics.

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 Cup Cow’s Milk (240 ml)
• 1/2 Tablespoon Ashwagandha Powder
• 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder, Organic

METHOD:
• Add all the 3 ingredients & mix well in a pan.
• Boil the milk mixture for 4-5 minutes over a low flame.
• Transfer to a glass and drink warm

When to drink?
Drink it at night at least 2 hours after your dinner & half an hour before goin to bed.
Though it is safe for all doshas, but if you feel any kind of discomfort stop it immediately.

  • Pitta People can reduce the qty of turmeric to 1/4 tsp
  • Vata People can add 1/2 tsp of honey to it.
