Ingredients:
- Grated Coconut(Fresh) – 2 tbsp
- Roasted Chana – 2 tbsp
- Chopped Amla – 3 (No.)
- Asafetida – ¼ tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Ghee/Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
- Dry red chilies – 2 to 3 (optional)
- Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, , red chilli and ginger.
- Add chopped, de-seeded amla , curry leaves and fry for a minute on a high heat, till they become tender.
- Now add grated coconut, salt & roasted chana.
- Switch off the flame and mix well.
- Cool and transfer to a blender & grind to a coarse pasted.
