This 11 spices/herbs tea is not only a good remedy for curbing excessive fatigue, but will also help in weight loss. It will revitalize if you feel low in energy levels when on weight loss diet.
Ingredients:
- Coriander Seeds – 50 gm
- Dried Ginger – 50 gm
- Licorice – 50 gm
- Fennel – 50 gm
- Cardamom Seeds – 25 gm
- Big Cardamom Seeds – 25 gm
- Dried Basil Leaves – 25 gm
- Long Pepper – 25 gm
- Black Pepper – 25 gm
- Clove – 25 gm
- Cinnamon – 25 gm
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients to make fine powder.
- Store in an airtight jar.
- For using – add 1/2 tsp in half liter (2.5 cups) of water. Boil the water with lid for 3-4 minutes & then without lid for 3 minutes.
- Serve Hot.
