Amla and Aloe Juice (For Diabetes & Weight Loss):

This can reduce reduce fat accumulation in the body. It is can also offer detox benefits and cleanse your stomach for promoting a healthy gut. This is good for people suffering from constipation.

  1. Aloe vera Pulp – ¼ Cup
  2. Gooseberry (Amla) – 2 Big Sized
  3. Black Salt – 1 Pinch
  4. Cumin Powder – ½ teaspoon
  5. Water – 500ml
  6. Ginger – 1/2 inch
  7. Lemon Juice – few drops for flavour (optional)
Method:
  • Wash and clean Amla fruits thoroughly. Cut them into pieces and remove the seeds.
  • Now add Amla pieces and Aloe vera pulp into a blender jar
  • Blend well until a smooth paste form
  • Add water to this paste and mix well
  • Season it with black salt and cumin powder
  • Serve fresh

Amla Pickle Recipe (For Diabetic)

Ingredients

  1.  Amla – 150gm (Semi Boiled & sliced)
  2.  Mustard oil – 4tbsp
  3.  Mustard – 2tsp
  4.  red chili powder – 3 to 4 – tsp (optional)
  5. salt – to taste
  6.  turmeric – ¼tsp
  7.  Garlic clove, minced – 1 large
  8. Methi seeds – 8-10

 

Preparation

  • Dry Roast mustard and methi seeds, blend them into a fine powder.
  • Take oil in a pan, add garlic & add amla pieces all other ingredients expect the lemon juice.
  • Cook till everything is well incorporated.
  • Transfer to a glass container and let it rest for two to three days.
Amla Juice (for High BP & Liver Functioning)

Amla is also known to improve liver function and to mitigate hyperlipidemia and metabolic syndrome. Hyperlipidemia means your blood has too many lipids (or fats), such as cholesterol and triglycerides. One type of hyperlipidemia, hypercholesterolemia, means you have too much non-HDL cholesterol and LDL (bad) cholesterol in your blood. This condition increases fatty deposits in arteries and the risk of blockages.

Ingredients 

  1. 1 freshly squeezed amla /1 tsp edible Amla Powder
  2. 1 cup warm water
  3. 3 to 4 mint leaves
  4. 1 tsp  raw raw or organic honey.
Method:
  • Wash and clean Amla fruits thoroughly. Cut them into pieces and remove the seeds.
  • Now add Amla pieces and Mint Leaves
  • Blend well until a smooth paste form
  • Add water to this paste and mix well
  • Add Honey & serve
