Ingredients: 
  1. Green gram sprouts – 1 cup
  2. Chopped fenugreek leaves – 1/2 cup OR 1/4 Cup Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Karuri Methi)
  3. Ginger – 1 small piece
  4. Bengal gram flour – 1 tbsp
  5. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  6. Ghee – 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt – to taste

Method:

  • Grind sprouts and ginger , add chopped fenugreek leaves bengal gram and salt powder to the batter.
  • After 10-15 minutes, heat up a flat pan and with the help of ghee.
  • Spread the batter & make thin and crispy chilas.
