Ingredients:
- Cardamom Seeds (elaichi) – 3-4 pods
- Water – 1 liter
Method:
- Add cardamom Seeds only to the water & boil for 2-3 minutes
- Drink 3 times a day (300 ml every time)
- Waking up (empty stomach) – don’t consume anything for next 30 minutes
- Half an hour before Dinner.
- 2 hours after dinner & before going to bed
