Ingredients
- Cinnamon powdered – 1/2 inch thin stick
- Ginger – crushed – 1 tbsp
- Tulsi (Holy Basil) – 4-5 Leaves
- Black pepper – 5 kernels (crushed)
- Munnakka – 5 pieces
- Water – 4 glasses
Method:
- Take 4 glasses of water in a pan and add the above ingredients, bring it to boil and continue till water changes the colour (which is usually when the volume reduces to 3 glasses),
- Strain & Serve Hot
