Ingredients:

  1.  Whole cumin seeds – ½ tsp.
  2.  Whole coriander seeds (digestion, flatulence, coolness) – ½ tsp.
  3. Whole fennel seeds (best for digestion, flatulence) – ½ tsp.
  4. Fenugreek seeds (detox, digestion, flatulence) – ½ tsp.
  5. Fresh ginger root – 1 inch
  6. Water – 4-5 Cups

Method:

  • Boil water in the morning.
  • Add seeds and ginger to the water, and let steep for at least 10 minutes, with a lid.
  • Strain out the seeds and pour the liquid into a thermos.
  • Sip the liquid warm or hot throughout the day, and start with a new batch of tea each morning.
