Ingredients:
- Ragi Flour- 1/4 cup
- Ground Rolled Oats or Oats Flour – 2 tbsp
- Wheat Flour – 2 tbsp (for GF version Take 1 tbsp Sorghum flour & 1 tbsp Tapioca Starch)
- Olive Oil – 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh Garlic Paste or powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste

Method:
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl.
- Mix well and knead them into stiff dough with water. (Use lukewarm water for GF dough)
- Divide the dough into equal portions.
- Roll out the dough into a large Chapatti.
- Prick it with fork and cut into square pieces using a sharp knife.
- Arrange the squares on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree C for 25-30 minutes.
- When they turn crispy from both the sides, take them out and allow them to cool.
- Serve or store in an air-tight container.
