Ingredients: 

  1. Ragi Flour- 1/4 cup
  2. Ground Rolled Oats or Oats Flour – 2 tbsp
  3. Wheat Flour – 2 tbsp (for GF version Take 1 tbsp Sorghum flour & 1 tbsp Tapioca Starch)
  4. Olive Oil – 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Fresh Garlic Paste or powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl.
  2. Mix well and knead them into stiff dough with water. (Use lukewarm water for GF dough)
  3. Divide the dough into equal portions.
  4. Roll out the dough into a large Chapatti.
  5. Prick it with fork and cut into square pieces using a sharp knife.
  6. Arrange the squares on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree C for 25-30 minutes.
  7. When they turn crispy from both the sides, take them out and allow them to cool.
  8. Serve or store in an air-tight container.
