Ingredients – 
  1. 1/2 cup Rice
  2. 1/2 cup Quinoa
  3. 2 cups Water
  4. Salt , (if required)
Method:
  1. To begin making Rice with Quinoa Recipe, first rinse the rice and quinoa together well under running water.
  2. Place rice and quinoa along with two cups of water in the pan of the pressure cooker.
  3. Cook the rice in the pressure cooker on medium high heat and after the first whistle turn the heat to low.
  4. Once you turn the heat to low, simmer the rice for 3 minutes.
  5. After 3 minutes, turn off the heat and allow the pressure to release naturally and then open the pressure.
  6. Serve with any dal or curry.
