1. Oats Soup

Ingredients: 

  • Gluten Free Rolled Oats –  2 tbsp (10 gms)
  • Water – 2 cups
  • Mixed Veggies (chopped) –-
    1. Capsicum – 1 med (100 gms)
    2. Carrot-  1 small (50 gms)
    3. Broccoli (chopped) – 1/2 cup
    4. Cabbage – 1/2 cup (35 gms)
  • Ghee – for roasting vegetables
  • Hing – to taste
  • Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – to taste

Method:

  • Take ghee/oil in a pan, add hing & cumin seeds.
  • Add all the chopped veggies
  • Add Oats & saute for some time.
  • Add water & cook covered for 7-10 minutes on medium heat.
  • Add salt, Black pepper, & garnish with coriander.

 

2. Ragi Soup

Ingredients: 

  • Ragi Flour (dry roasted) – 2 tbsp
  • Water – 2 cups (500 ml)
  • Capsicum -100 (1 med)gms
  • Carrot – 50 gms (1 small)
  • Broccoli – 1/2 cup
  • Cabbage – 1/2 cup (35 gms)
  • Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tsp
  • Ghee – 1 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – to taste
  • Apple cider vinegar (ACV) – 1 tsp(optional)

Method:

  • Take ghee in a pan & roast cumin seeds.
  • Add ragi flour & roast.
  • Add all the chopped veggies
  • Add water.
  • Cook/boil for 3-5 minutes.
  • Add salt, Black pepper, ACV & garnish with coriander.

 

3. Quinoa Soup

Ingredients: 

  • Cooked Quinoa –  2 tbsp (10 gms)
  • Water – 2 cups
  • Mixed Veggies (chopped) –-
    1. Capsicum – 1 med (100 gms)
    2. Carrot-  1 small (50 gms)
    3. Broccoli (chopped) – 1/2 cup
    4. Cabbage – 1/2 cup (35 gms)
  • Ghee – for roasting vegetables
  • Hing – to taste
  • Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – to taste
