1. Oats Soup
Ingredients:
- Gluten Free Rolled Oats – 2 tbsp (10 gms)
- Water – 2 cups
- Mixed Veggies (chopped) –-
- Capsicum – 1 med (100 gms)
- Carrot- 1 small (50 gms)
- Broccoli (chopped) – 1/2 cup
- Cabbage – 1/2 cup (35 gms)
- Ghee – for roasting vegetables
- Hing – to taste
- Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – to taste
Method:
- Take ghee/oil in a pan, add hing & cumin seeds.
- Add all the chopped veggies
- Add Oats & saute for some time.
- Add water & cook covered for 7-10 minutes on medium heat.
- Add salt, Black pepper, & garnish with coriander.
2. Ragi Soup
Ingredients:
- Ragi Flour (dry roasted) – 2 tbsp
- Water – 2 cups (500 ml)
- Capsicum -100 (1 med)gms
- Carrot – 50 gms (1 small)
- Broccoli – 1/2 cup
- Cabbage – 1/2 cup (35 gms)
- Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tsp
- Ghee – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – to taste
- Apple cider vinegar (ACV) – 1 tsp(optional)
Method:
- Take ghee in a pan & roast cumin seeds.
- Add ragi flour & roast.
- Add all the chopped veggies
- Add water.
- Cook/boil for 3-5 minutes.
- Add salt, Black pepper, ACV & garnish with coriander.
3. Quinoa Soup
Ingredients:
- Cooked Quinoa – 2 tbsp (10 gms)
- Water – 2 cups
- Mixed Veggies (chopped) –-
- Capsicum – 1 med (100 gms)
- Carrot- 1 small (50 gms)
- Broccoli (chopped) – 1/2 cup
- Cabbage – 1/2 cup (35 gms)
- Ghee – for roasting vegetables
