Ingredients:
1. Little Millet – 1 cup
2. Bengal Gram/Chana Dal – 1/2 cup
3. Water – 2 cups
4. Chopped veggies – onion, capsicum, carrot, spinach, coriander etc – to taste
5. Curry Leaves – 2 sprig
6. Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Wash & Soak Little Millet & chana Dal in 2 cups of water for 2-3 hours.
- Grind all ingredients in coarse batter.
- Add chopped vegetables.
- Add tempering of chopped curry leaves & mustard seeds.
- Use Appam Pan & make Appam/Appe & serve hot with Mint-Amla Chutney.
