Ingredients:

  • Chia Seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Rolled Oats – 2 tbsp
  • Fruits – 1/2 med sized apple/ 1/4 cup sliced mangoes/1/2 cup strawberry (Diabetic people may use either Oats or Fruits)
  • Almond Milk/Dairy Milk – 2/3 cup
  • Almond Flour/Powder – 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Soaked Pistachios/walnuts – 4-5 pieces
  • Chopped Soaked Almonds – 10 pieces
  • Coconut powder or fresh – 2 tbsp (Optional)
  • Cinnamon powder – to taste

Method:

  • Soak chia seeds in water & keep them overnight in refrigerator
  • Soak Oats for 10-15 minutes before use
  • Mix chia seeds in milk & add other ingredients.
  • Mix well
  • Add only sugar free sweetener (optional)
