Ingredients:

  • Black Salt – to taste
  • Curd – 0.5 cup
  • Cucumber – 0.5 cup
  • Ginger – 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves/Mint Leaves – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder – 1 pinch
  • Water – 1.75 cup

Method

  • Blend cucumber, ginger, curry leaves/Mint leaves and coriander leaves.
  • Add curd, salt, water, and cumin powder and blend for a while.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
