Ingredients:
- Black Salt – to taste
- Curd – 0.5 cup
- Cucumber – 0.5 cup
- Ginger – 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
- Curry leaves/Mint Leaves – 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder – 1 pinch
- Water – 1.75 cup
Method
- Blend cucumber, ginger, curry leaves/Mint leaves and coriander leaves.
- Add curd, salt, water, and cumin powder and blend for a while.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
