Ingredients:

  1. Broccoli: – 150 -200 gm.
  2. Psyllium husk/Almond flour – for binding
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Pepper: 1/2 tsp.
  5. Oregano: 1 tsp (optional)
  6. Tandoori Masala: 1 tsp. (optional)
  7. Grated cheese (Cheese Slice, block or Mozzarella) : 40 gm.

Method:

  • Boil/Blanch the broccoli for 10 minutes and strain all the water.
  • Once it cools, grind it in a grinder until it’s crumbled roughly. (Don’t make it a smooth paste). Squeeze out the excess water and add it in a bowl. With psyllium husk
  • Mix all the other ingredients well and make balls.
  • Stuff chees in each ball & flatten it to make cutlet or patty
  • Grill or cook in a pan while applying ghee
