Ingredients:

  1. Soaked Almonds – 20
  2. Soaked Walnuts – 10 halves
  3. Flax Seed powder – 2 tbsp
  4. Water – 150 ml
  5. Soaked Raisins – 10 pieces (optional)
  6. Roasted mixed seeds – for sprinkling (optional)

Method:

  • Peel the almonds & blend with 50 ml of water.
  • After you get a smooth paste add the rest of water & other ingredients & blend
  • Top up with a tsp of roasted mixed seeds

Variation:

This drink contains – 17 gms of Protein so in order to increase the pro content add 1 scoop of protein powder
