Ingredients:
Paneer: 100 gm.
Lauki : 100 -150 gms
Mozzarella Cheese: 1 cube
Salt to taste
Pepper and chili powder to taste
Jeera powder: ½ tsp.
Ghee
Method:
Grate the Lauki and strain the water out completely. Grate paneer, cheese and add to the lauki.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Heat ghee in a pan and make small patties of this mixture and cook on a low flame for a few minutes both sides.
