Ingredients:

 Paneer: 100 gm.
 Lauki : 100 -150 gms
 Mozzarella Cheese: 1 cube
 Salt to taste
 Pepper and chili powder to taste
 Jeera powder: ½ tsp.
 Ghee

Method:
 Grate the Lauki and strain the water out completely. Grate paneer, cheese and add to the lauki.
 Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
 Heat ghee in a pan and make small patties of this mixture and cook on a low flame for a few minutes both sides.
