Ingredients: (1 serving – 2 nos)

 Bottle gourd/Lauki: 100 gm.
 Cheese Slices: 2 (20 gms each)
 Ginger: 1 inch, grated (optional)
 Salt to taste
 Red chili powder and black pepper to taste or oregano
 Fresh Coriander leaves: A few
 Ghee: 1 tsp

Method:
 Grate bottle gourd and keep it aside for 10min, now squeeze the excess water out and put it in the mixing bowl.
 Add all of the above ingredients except ghee and mix well.
 Heat the  pan and drizzle some ghee on it. Make two patties & put them on the hot pan. Flame should be low to moderate initially then low only.             Initially it will splutter a lil from sides but as soon as the cheese starts hardening it will be okay.                                                                                           Be patient as it will take more time than any other pan cake or cutlet

Note: Cheese cooks faster than lauki so make sure the flame is low while cooking.
