Ingredients: (1 serving )

  • Sunflower Seeds – 1/4 cup
  • Chia Seeds – 1/2 tbsp
  • Watermelon Seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Curd – 2 tbsp
  • Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
  • Green chilli, chopped onion, Curry leaves, salt – to taste

Method:

  • Grind sunflower seeds, melon seeds and chia seeds into fine powder.
  • Mix the ground powder, curd, baking soda, 1 tbsp water and salt.
  • Add the chopped green chilli, onion, curry leaves and mix well to form dosa batter consistency.
  • Let the batter rest for 10 mins
  • Heat tawa, apply some oil and pour the batter.
  • Cover and cook on both sides in low flame.
  • Serve warm with coconut chutney
