Ingredients: (1 serving)

  • Almond Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Mozzarella Cheese (Grated) – 2 tbsp
  • Dairy/Almond/coconut  milk – 2 tbsp
  • Ghee –
  • Salt for taste
  • Oregano – for taste (optional)

Method

1. Mix Almond Flour, Cheese & milk, salt & oregano to get the batter like consistency.
2. Heat a nonstick tawa on low heat. Ladle out the batter, spread it over tawa, and cook for 3 minutes.
3. Cover and cook on one side and flip.
4. Serve hot with chutney
