Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tbsp (20 gms unsalted butter)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour (homemade, unblanched)
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius/ 356 Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
2. Whisk the eggs in a bowl, add almond flour, baking powder, salt & butter.
3. Mix them really well & let the batter sit for 5-10 minutes so that the flour can absorb the moisture.
4. Pour the batter in 2 molds.
5. Place the molds on the baking tray.

6. Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 20-25 minutes or until browned

7. Take out from oven, keep aside for 5 minutes or so. Slice and serve.
