Ingredients:
- Capsicum – 1 large
- Paneer – 100 gms
- Cheese Slices – 2
- Oregano – to taste
- Ghee – 1 tsp
- Salt & Black pepper to taste
Method:
- Slice the capsicum in 3 slices & remove excess seeds
- Blanch them in salted boiling water for 5 minutes
- Take out capsicum slices & remove the excess water
- Mix all other ingredients to make the mixture
- Fill the capsicum slices with this mixture & grill them covered, in a pan
- use ghee to roast
