Ingredients:

  • 2 medium sized eggs
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion, carrot & capsicum
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (optional)
  • 1 green chilli
  • chopped coriander leaves
  • sesame seeds powder – 1 tbsp
  • Almond Powder – 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste

Method:

  1.  Finely chop the veggies.
  2. Whisk the egg well with add the chilli flakes and chopped veggies to the whisked egg mixture.
  3. Add salt, grated cheese, and sesame seed powder & almond powder to the egg mixture.
  4. Heat the appam pan, add some ghee, and pour the mixture.
  5. Cook on both the sides unless they are done.
  6. You can also layer it with simple egg to get extra eggy layer.
