INGREDIENTS
● 150 gms Grated Cauliflower
●  50 gms mozzarella Cheese
●  50 gms paneer
●  Salt & Ghee for roasting
●  Oregano to taste
● 1-2 tbsp Psyllium Husk

PREPARATION
1. Grate cauliflower and squeeze all the water out of it.
2. Dry Roast it in a non stick pan for 5-10 minutes.
3. Mix cauliflower, paneer & Cheese
4. Now add the salt, oregano & Psyllium Husk and mix well
5. Shape into Cutlets.
6. Cook/roast the cutlets with ghee.
