Ingredients:
- Thinly Sliced onion – 1
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- salt to taste
- Hung curd – 1 cup
- Black pepper – freshly ground
- Apple cider vinegar (ACV)- 1 tsp
Method:
1. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Caramelize chopped onions on medium-low heat by cooking for about 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally, until the onions are soft and caramelized.
3. When the onions are caramelized, add ACV and cook for about 1 minute until the vinegar reduces slightly. Remove from heat.
5. In a medium serving bowl, combine the caramelized onions and hung curd.
6. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Grind them in a mixer (optional)
7. Serve cold with salad sticks and cracker
