INGREDIENTS
● 1 -2 cups finely shredded/grated cabbage
● 1 cup finely chopped onions
● Paneer – 50 gms ● 1 tsp ginger paste
● 1/3 cup flax seeds powder
● 2 tbsp coriander
● 1⁄4 cup Peanut Powder
● 2 tsp finely chopped green chilies
● 1⁄4 tsp turmeric powder
● 1⁄4 tsp chaat masala
● 1⁄4 tsp red chili powder
● Salt to taste
● Ghee / Olive oil to fry

PREPARATION
1. Mix all vegetables, ginger paste, coriander and spices & Paneer together.
2. Add ground flax seeds and Peanut powder. Shape into tikkis.
3. Heat ghee/olive oil in a skillet or pan.
4. Shallow fry or cook tikkis/cutlets in ghee or olive oil. Serve hot with Chutney
