Ingredients

  • Watermelon Chopped ½ cup
  • Mixed Veggies (Cucumber, Bell pepper, Onion, etc) ½ cup
  • Tofu 30 gms
  • Grated Cheese 2 tbsp
  • For dressing –
    Extra virgin Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
    Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
    Salt – to Taste
    Oregano – 1 tsp
    Black Pepper – 1 tsp
