Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast (small pieces) – 100 gm
  • Chicken’s broth – 1 cup
  • Finely Minced Garlic Cloves – 2-3 pods
  • Onion (chopped) – 1 med
  • Green Chilies – 1
  • Capsicum – 1 med
  • Cumin powder, Salt, black Pepper, Oregano, Red chili powder- to taste
  • Olive oil – 1 tsp
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Cheese / Fresh cream – to taste

Method:

  • Season chicken with cumin, oregano, red chili, pepper, salt.
  • Keep it covered for 10-15 minutes
  • In a pan take 1 tsp oil & cook it on both sides over medium heat.
  • Add chicken broth, cover the pan so that chicken is fully cooked.
  • Now take butter in another pan, add garlic, chiles, capsicum and onion & sauté to cook the veggies.
  • Add these veggies to the cooked chicken Pan & simmer for 10 minutes
  • Add cheese or fresh cream
