Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup boiled green peas
  • 1/4 cup blanched Spinach
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • ¼ Cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 small boiled potato
  • 2 tablespoon fresh coriander
  • 1 Cup1 vegetable stock or water
  • ¼ Cup coconut milk/Fresh cream
  • Salt and black pepper – to taste

Method:

  • Take oil in pan, add onions & saute
  • Add gg paste & saute
  • Grind boiled peas, spinach & potato in a grinder & puree them.
  • Now add this puree to pan.
  • Add salt & other spices
  • Add water & bring to boil.
  • Cook at low flame for 5 minutes.
  • Add coconut milk or fresh cream & garnish with coriander leaves
