Ingredients :
25g Soya Chunks
1/2 Cup Peas
Add kasuri Methi for flavour
Masalas – Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Aamchur, Pepper, Pinch of Haldi
2 tbsp onion
2 green chillies chopped
2-3 cloves of garlic crushed
1 small cup wheat flour
2 tbsp kalaunji and sesame seeds
1 tsp ghee

🌸Grind boiled soya chunks, boiled peas, methi, onion, garlic, chillies and masala in a mixer jar.
🌸In a bowl, add wheat flour and this mixture along with 1 tsp ghee
🌸You don’t need water as this mixture is already moist. If needed you may add a little more flour to knead it properly. Let this dough rest for 10 mins in the fridge
🌸IMP – Apply oil on the rolling board and pin and also dust your roti dough with a little flour so it does not stick to the bottom.
🌸Make mini theplas, garnish with the sesame and kalaunji mix and cook it on a tava
🌸Once the theplas cook on both sides then apply very little ghee and its ready!
