Ingredients:

1. Coconut – 1/2 cup

2. Water – 1 cup

3. Oats – 2 tbsp

4. Almonds, Pistachios – 1/4 cup

5. Dates – 4-5

6. Cardamom powder – 2 tsp

7. Mango pulp – 1/2 cup

8. Pumpkin seeds – (optional)

Instructions:

1. Grind coconut & water in a high speed blender to get coconut milk.

2. Add all other ingredients to this & blend to get smooth & thick paste.

3. Put in Kulfi mould

4. Freeze for at least 2 hours.

5. Take out , demould & serve.
