This recipe is full of nutrition – – calcium & fibre from Ragi flour, Antioxidants & omega 3 from Flax seeds
– proteins & vitamin b -6 from peanut butter
Dry Ingredients
1. Ragi Flour (Finger Millet Flour) – 1 cup
2. Baking powder – 1 tsp
3. Flax seeds powder – 1*1/2 tbsp
4. Almond Powder – 1/4 cup
5. Cocoa powder – 1/4 cup
6. Salt – Pinch
7. Jaggery Powder – 2 tbsp or sugar or honey
8. Cashew nuts & Walnuts – chopped (1/4 cup)
Wet Ingredients
1. Virgin Coconut oil – 1/2 cup
2. Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Peanut Ganache: (optional)
1. Peanut Butter – 3 tbsp
2. Cocoa Powder – 2 tbsp
3. Coconut oil – 2 tbsp
4. Jaggery Powder – 3 tsp

Method:
1. Make flax meal by soaking powdered flax seeds into water for 10 minutes.
2. Sieve & Mix Ragi flour (finger millet flour) baking powder, cocoa powder, salt, jaggery powder
3. In a separate bowl mix flax meal, coconut oil & Vanilla essence with a whisker, till it becomes fluffy.
4. Now add ingredients in step 2 & step 3.
5. Mix softly by adding water gradually to get a flowing consistency in the batter.
6. Mix by using cut n fold method & add chopped nuts of your choice
7. Pour the batter in a greased dish/mould Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven.
8. Prepare peanut ganache by mixing all the ingredients & whisk it well after you microwave it for 10-15 seconds.
9. Demould the brownie cake & ice it with peanut ganache, cut into pieces & enjoy.
