Ingredients:
- Soaked Almonds – 20
- Soaked Walnuts – 10 halves
- Flax Seed powder – 2 tbsp
- Water – 150 ml
- Soaked Raisins – 10 pieces (optional)
- Roasted mixed seeds – for sprinkling (optional)
Method:
- Peel the almonds & blend with 50 ml of water.
- After you get a smooth paste add the rest of water & other ingredients & blend
- Top up with a tsp of roasted mixed seeds
Variation:
This drink contains – 17 gms of Protein so in order to increase the pro content add 1 scoop of protein powder
